One type of soup that is very delicious with abundant nutrition content is highly recommended Kimlo Soup as a healthy intake for pregnant women. One comes from the culinary Central Java , Indonesia , besides healthy it's also not inferior compared to other types of soup .What are the ingredients and how to cook soup kimlo ? 
Here we present a recipe to make Kimlo Soup .

Ingredients :

- Half chickens that had been boiled until soft texture and cut into small pieces

- 200 grams of shrimp that had been cleaned

- 100 grams of large squid that has been cleaned and cut into pieces

- 10 pieces of quail eggs that have been boiled and peeled shell

- 10 pieces of meatballs were cut into four pieces

- 100 grams of carrots were peeled and cut into pieces tailored to your tastes

- 100 grams of peas that have been weeded

- 2 leeks that have been cut into pieces

- 2 stalks celery leaves are then cut into pieces

- 50 grams of tuberose, do not forget to throw fish node and the hard part

- 50 grams of mushroom, chopped

- 1.5 liter beef broth or chicken broth to suit your taste

- 150 grams of corn or mung bean vermicelli soaked until supple texture

- 3 tablespoons oil for frying purposes

Seasonings Kimlo Soup :

- 1 teaspoon ground pepper

- 3 cloves garlic crushed

- 3 tablespoons fish sauce

- Add salt to taste or to suit your taste

How to Cooking Kimlo Soup :

How to cook it fairly easy and simple, here are the steps.

- Boil the broth while sauteing the garlic until fragrant smell and enter garlic stir into the broth boiling water

- Then add the chicken, tuberose, mushroom, squid and shrimp, then add a variety of seasonings until half cooked.

- The next step is to enter quail eggs, carrots, peas and meatballs and wait for it to boil and cooked, then add the celery and leek

The kimlo soup was ready served in hot conditions with the addition of corn noodles or glass noodles.
